Wyoming Cutthroat

The backcountry in Wyoming is home to some of the best fishing on the planet. Literally catching fish until your shoulder is sore. Nonstop dry fly action and intense streamer fishing all while hiking some of the prettiest terrain there is. If that’s your idea of fun, then Wyoming is your state!

During a recent trip this year (2017) I was blessed to bring a few great friends along for the ride. Here are some of the amazing fish we landed.

Below are a few photos of fish caught during years past. Trips to the wild wild west never disappoint!

Fly fishing the high country…. One more question. Were you closer to Dubois wy. or Lander wy. When y’all are walking down that chute to the honey hole. Beautiful. Once again, video awsome, song choice, awesome. All around great video.

    1. That canyon is a secret spot that is closer to lander than dubois. Its a pretty famous place and takes some work getting down there. lol A friend of mine in casper told me about it and therefore I can’t post its location on a public platform like this. Sorry my friend.

I go to the winds every summer, this summer I’m changing it up and doing the Bighorns. Haven’t been to the Bighorns since 2001. Hopefully some good high mountain trout!!
