This September and October I will be teaming up with Mark Evans from Stone Mountain Outdoors to provide access to a fantastic tarpon fishery located off of Costa Rica’s northern caribbean coastline.
The waters surrounding Tortuguero are filled with hungry fish that are eager to eat big gnarly flies. Fish in the 40-150lb range are common here and even larger fish are often caught.
