Costa Rica Jungle Tarpon Fly Fishing Tours

Tarpon Fishing Costa Rica

If fishing for giant tarpon off the coast of one of the wildest places still left on the earth sounds like something you would be interested in, then I have just the trip for you!

This September and October I will be teaming up with Mark Evans from Stone Mountain Outdoors to provide access to a fantastic tarpon fishery located off of Costa Rica’s northern caribbean coastline.

The waters surrounding Tortuguero are filled with hungry fish that are eager to eat big gnarly flies. Fish in the 40-150lb range are common here and even larger fish are often caught.

Be sure to head over to stonemountainoutdoors.com to view the multiple different tour packages that are being offered. These all inclusive tours are accompanied with competitive prices that will rival any fishing destination there is, period!

My job will be hanging along side your group as a personal photographer and will provide HD photos of the trip and your catch. I will also be with you throughout other aspects of the trip to make sure your experience is a memorable one.

To request more info on the tour packages be sure to send Mark Evans an email at mark@stonemountainoutdoors.com.

We look forward to fishing with you soon!

Keep your heart right, and your line tight!

I’m Capt. Jesse Males, an avid fly fishing, snook snatching, kayak paddling, tarpon slaying, mountain hiking, manatee swimming fool from Central Florida. Over the years fly fishing has had a huge impact on my life and particularly on how I view the world we spend our time in. I am currently the owner and operator of backwaterflyfishing.com as well as our online fly shop, backwaterflies.com. The lifestyle that is called fly fishing has taken me to some amazing destinations and has provided me with some amazing experiences in the wild. From chasing big salty critters in the Florida Keys, to roosters in Coast Rica, to small wild trout in the Carolinas, and all the way up to the high mountain cutthroat of Wyoming; I have been blessed to experience fly fishing at its finest.
